Drawn Readymades represent the culmination of my art practice to this point. They present as fun and playful but take forever to produce and underlying their breezy whimsy is my OCD-driven desire for escape to a Zen-like state I can sometimes access through “mindless” repetition. I can’t wear a painting — but I can wear Drawn Readymades.
